Golfers elbow or pain on the inside of the elbow joint is a common and painful problem. Often having nothing to do with playing golf, it can be caused by any number of actions such as gardening, weightlifting, cycling and so forth. You physical therapist will treat the injury and examine the actions which are causing the problem to prevent reoccurrence.

  • Professional one on one consultation which will continue treatment and progression of your personalised Physical Theraphy program: €60

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A VISIT TO THE CLINIC.

  • Assessment
    The therapeutic process will start with a comprehensive assessment of your condition. I will also attend to the deeper causes of your issue, examining work environment, ergonomics, posture and other factors which are causing your pain.
  • Treatment
    Over the following weeks your treatment will continue, lengthening and strengthening muscles and unlocking and mobilising joints and lessening your level of discomfort.
  • Exercise/Home Care Plan
    As your treatment progresses I will give you progressively more challenging exercises and getting you back to good health, so you can get back to doing the things you enjoy.
